Personal History Review

The Personal History Review constitutes a critical preliminary evaluation of a candidate’s background, designed to identify potential issues early in the investigative process. Our investigator will carefully examine the candidate’s submitted personal history information, along with any other submitted intelligence, to distinguish any areas of concern raise questions regarding suitability for the agency or any areas that amount to an automatic disqualification.

Should initial findings indicate the need for minor follow-up, the process allows for additional review as well as preliminary consultation with other agencies or investigators.

As a proven first step, the Personal History Review has demonstrated significant value as a time and cost-saving measure and a highly effective preliminary assessment tool.

Tier 1

In Tier 1 of the investigative process, with a pre-employment polygraph examination, conducted by one of EagleThree's licensed and certified polygraphers. This is followed by a structured pre-employment interview to gather meaningful insights to the candidate's background, motivation and personal values.  Results are shared with the client who decides if the candidate moves forwarthe candidate undergoes a detailed review of their public digital presence and financial history.  This includes a comprehensive scan of social media activity to assess a professionalism, judgement and affiliations.  This also includes a credit evaluation to identify financial stability or potential "red flags".  Upon completion, the findings are shared wiht the client. With formal approval the candidate moves to Tier 3.

Tier 2

Tier Two represents the most intensive phase. At this Tier, our investigators conduct comprehensive reference checks, targeted follow-up inquiries and any additonal deep-dive investigations deemed necessary.  Advanced methodolgies and  proven specialized techniques are employed to ensure a thorough and conclusive assessment of the candidate's background, reputation and professional conduct.  Tier Three is designed to validate all prior findings and uncover any remaining concerns.

Detailed Final Report

The Final Detailed Report concludes the EagleThree investigative process with the delivery of the final report. This is provided in both secured digital and hard-copy formats, ensuring acessibility and confidentiality. A formal meeting with EagleThree staff is offered to present findings, address any outstanding questions, and offer additional context where needed. Clients may also request follow-up inquiries. EagleThree's priority is to provide our clients with clear, evidence-based investigations.
